There were $2.00 off 1 in the January 9th paper.
So buy 2 for $2.99 use 2 $2.00 off coupons and make $1 on each deal! Whoot!
If you don't have a dog, you can still do this deal and donate the treats to an animal shelter or my personal favorite, the senior citizen center. The elderly sure do love their pets and on a limited budget this would be a great Valentine's project for a group or classroom!

These should be free at Publix by combing with the $1 off any Dove Deodorant PQ in the current Green Advantage Flyer. Total cost per deodorant = $.22

Easy Publix Deals to get you started couponing!
I know that all (5) of you who are reading this blog are probably pretty new at the couponing game and need some step by step help to "test the waters" so to speak. So here are some easy deals to do at Publix. This assumes that you have no newspaper coupons yet and can print some printables. These deals end on Wednesday, January 26th.
Since these rely on printables and most of them you can only print twice per computer you will be picking up the quantities listed below. IF you can print more or you have newspaper coupons go here to find all the deal match-ups!
To buy list:
Hall's Cough Drops (2) (More if you find the in-store blinkies)
Kraft Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese (as many as you have walgreen's coupons for!)

Pick up the Green Advantage Flyer from the front entrance. You need two of these. Cut out the $6.00 off 2 Sundown Vitamins. It's near the back. Look closely and you'll find them!
Look for some $.55 off 1 Blinkie coupons in front of the hall's cough drops. Get these to use today.
Pick up 4 bottles of Sundown Vitamin D bottles. These are the cheapest Sundown item usually costing $2.99 per bottle. Now if you are a vitamin taker, get whatever you need but if you don't really take vitamins you are getting these because they are free plus overage that will apply to your other items!
While you are in the store look for Blinkie coupons. There should be some near the Uncle Ben's rice and the Orville Redenbacher Popcorn. Both of these will be BOGO next week so go ahead and pick up the blinkies now.
Get the rest of your items. Enjoy your savings!

Good Deals at Publix
All of this should feed 11 people over the next 15 days plus we stocked up on cereal, juice, and frozen food to last awhile. All told it should equal about $2 per day for each person in our families.
Good Deals: 1. In-ad coupon: Buy 2 Ocean Spray Grapefruit Juice Drinks and get a free 5 pound bag of Ruby Red Grapefruit.
Ocean Spray Juice is on sale for $2 each.
Use 2 Competitor Coupons from Walgreens Monthly coupon booklet for $1 off any Ocean Spray Juice.
Final Cost $2 for 2 Juices and a bag of grapefruit
Value: $10.35
2. Jennie-O Turkey Bacon unadvertised BOGO @ $2.79
In front of the bacon there is a blinkie coupon for $.55 off 1.
Use 2 coupons and pay just $.85 for each pack.
3. Kraft Singles on sale for $2 each pack.Print these coupons for
$1 off produce when you buy Kraft Singles and
$1 off Publix Produce when you buy Kraft Singles
Use a Walgreen Competitor coupon for $1 off when you buy 2 Kraft Singles
I bought a loaf of Publix Sandwich bread $1.29 and one large onion for $.78
Final Cost for all 4 products: $3.07
